Teacher Pei-Yi, who has been in early childhood education for over 20 years, heard these heart-felt cries. 25 years ago, she stood at the same crossroads. With the birth and growth of her daughter, she embarked on a journey of advanced study. She stepped into the structured world of Montessori, practiced the respectful care of Pikler, embraced the gentleness and firmness of Positive Discipline, and used Everything DiSC to insightfully understand the uniqueness of every personality.
This is not just academic research, but a mother's lived practice. Teacher Pei-Yi discovered that many parents don't lack love for their children; rather, they lack a path to establishing internal security for 0-3 year olds, often missing the most precious golden period of growth through unintentional, habitual parenting.
